Students from across the globe went through an intensive internship program in Shakti Pumps as a part of their Graduation for various professional courses. The internship provided a platform to each one of them to share experiences with the industry and current market conditions. The program helped the students to determine if they had an interest in a particular profile, create a network of contacts and gain school credit.

We designed student specific internship program keeping in mind the relevance to their courses and interest. The programs were both research based as well as field based. The students were facilitated with accommodation and food of world class standards to make them comfortable in the new land.
