The Executive will be responsible for Energy Audit, Retrofit, Techno Commercial negotiations, Audit Report Preparation and Submission, Business Development, Project Management in assigned territory for driving Sales to achieve business plan through the following job responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities -
- Identifying potential industries and applications for promoting energy audit and retrofit solution
- Monthly calendar plan preparation for targeted presentations, Demos, energy audits, Report submission and installations of energy efficient pumps & Motors
- Calculate potential for energy savings.
- Identify any health or safety issues related to planned projects.
- Collect and analyze field data related to energy usage.
- Compare existing energy consumption levels to normative data.
- Identify and prioritize energy saving measures.
- Quantify energy consumption to establish baselines for energy use or need.
- Recommend energy efficient technologies or alternate energy sources.
- Handling all the inquiries and requests pertaining to solar pump and motor by sending quotation, client visit, Techno-commercial negotiation etc.
- To address any quality or supply related issues raised by customer.
- Retain all the existing customers and increase the same.
- To ensure constant business development and sales growth.
- Prepare audit reports containing energy analysis results or recommendations for energy cost savings.
- Analyze energy bills including utility rates or tariffs to gather historical energy usage data.
- Analyze technical feasibility of energy saving measures using knowledge of engineering, energy production, energy use, construction, maintenance, system operation, or process systems.
- Determine patterns of use to show annual or monthly needs for energy to run pumping applications.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency or answer questions on topics such as the costs of running Pumps and Motors or the selection of energy efficient product.
- Identify opportunities to improve the operation, maintenance, or energy efficiency of building or process systems.
- Examine commercial sites to determine the feasibility of installing equipment that allows building management systems to reduce electricity consumption during peak demand periods.
- Inspect newly installed energy-efficient equipment to ensure that it was installed properly and is performing according to specifications.Achieving the assigned ROI targets, initiate cold calls to find prospects within assigned territory; convert the leads in timely and profitable manner.
- Identification of customer need and customized solution as per industry application and proper need based solution for deriving customer satisfaction.
- Building strong positive relationship with customer and monitoring customer profile and new developments to ensure retention of present sales
- Continuous Update of Customer data, competitor data, management of entire territory data and its usage to increase Business and providing timely service back up to customers.
- Collaborates with HOD to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual plan for achieving desired business volume.
- Ensure Monthly beat plan adherence

Desired Qualification -
- B. Tech/ BE in Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical, B.Tech / BE in Energy (Preferable)
- M Tech Energy (Added Benefit)
- Should have excellent work exposure to Solar & Energy Audit
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP etc.
- Excellent English Communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Passion for achieving targets and objectives
